Rosalie Lamming – Facilitator and Content Producer

About Rosalie

Rosalie Lamming is a Facilitator and Content Producer with over a decade’s experience designing and delivering workshops and training courses across a variety of sectors.

Her background is in the media industry where she worked in radio presentation and production for several programmes across a number of radio stations. She continues to work as a voice artist and also trains voice actors and singers.

Rosalie designs multi-media content and activities for a range of training programs including leadership and management, mentoring, team building, and customer service.

She has created engaging extended learning programmes for key topics including leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and contingency preparedness. Rosalie also delivers innovation workshops with brand clients including Unilever, UCL, Boots, Pringles, Coca Cola.

During her time working in higher education at the University of Southampton, Rosalie created and delivered employer, employee and student engagement programmes including The Business Innovation Programme, Mentoring, Volunteering and Work Experience. 

At the heart of Rosalie’s skills is working with people. She is trained in NLP and i3 Personality Profiling, which she brings into all her work. Along with this and her background in the media and higher education industries, she brings a creative approach to developing and delivering engaging content and learning experiences.
